Posting is always free. A 3% service fee is applied when a job is completed successfully.
When do I pay?
After the work is done and you approve it. Your funds are held securely the entire time with no upfront payment required.
What if no one bids?
You can repost with a higher budget or more detail. There is no charge if the auction ends with zero bids.
How are contractors vetted?
Every contractor is background-checked and must provide proof of license and insurance before bidding on any job.
What trades are covered?
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, roofing, and more. If it is a home repair, we likely have pros for it.
What if I'm unhappy with the work?
Do not approve the job in the app. Your funds stay protected until the issue is resolved or GoGetr steps in to mediate.
